Service Description

This is the first of two meetings with the lawyer. We will discuss your Will, Power of Attorney and Personal Directive. Included: 60-min instruction meeting; 30-min signing meeting; one round of minor revisions. Full estate package = Will, Personal Directive and Enduring Power of Attorney Individual: Starting at $950 + GST Couple: Starting at $1500 + GST Wills only Individual: Starting at $600 + GST Couple: Starting at $900 + GST Additional fees apply to: - reviewing family property division agreements ($300/hr on time spent basis); - consulting on old/current wills, EPAs, PDs and other property agreements ($300/hr on time spent basis); - additional rounds of drafting beyond 1st revision, or specialized drafting, e.g. trusts, non-standard clauses ($300/hr on time spent basis); additional meetings ($300/hr on time spent basis); - rushes less than 10 business days ($400); - off-site for home- or hospital-based meeting (from $250); - providing witness for off-site meeting ($250); - video-signing meeting ($300); - correspondence with third parties ($300/hr on time spent basis); - registry searches or registered mail (cost recovery basis); - additional copies of signed documents ($5.00 per copy)
