One standard Personal Directive (PD) for an individual.

The first meeting will take about 45 minutes.

The signing meeting will take about 20-30 minutes.

Additional fees apply to:

• additional rounds of drafting beyond 1st revision, or specialized drafting, e.g. non-standard clauses (starting at $50 then $175 per 30 minutes);

• reviewing wills and enduring powers of attorney, guardianship orders, and other property agreements (starting at $50 then $175 per 30 minutes);

• additional meetings ($350/meeting);

• rushes less than 10 business days ($400);

• off-site for home- or hospital-based meeting ($350);

• providing witness for home- or hospital-based meeting ($250);

• video-signing meeting ($250);

• correspondence with third parties (starting at $50, then $175 per 30 minutes);

• registry searches or registered mailing (cost recovery basis).
