Our fees for standard wills and estate planning packages are project-based, but primarily all-inclusive. This is designed to meet the needs of most individuals and families.

Our Teacher and Educational Support Staff

OFFER EXTENDED
On bookings made by January 31, 2026, we are offering a courtesy discount to teachers and educational support staff with an active Alberta Teachers' Association membership. More details in our article.
Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?
We do. Our online booking page does not often include evening and weekend appointments, so please inquire within with a few preferred options. We aim to make evenings and weekend meetings work whenever we can.
Do you offer off-site estate planning services?
We may agree to attend assisted living residences, hospitals or similar residences. Please inquire within. Check our fees board for the additional costs that apply.
Do you offer urgent / emergency estate planning services?
Not at this time.
Do you provide the witnesses?
The witness is provided without charge if we sign together at our office. Additional fees apply if we provide the witness for signing appointments elsewhere (subject to the lawyer's prior agreement to off-site meetings).
