• 1 valid piece of photo ID

• the original document(s) you want notarized

If you require true certified copies of a document, you must bring the original document(s) to your appointment.

Fees vary. We'll provide you with a quote. Pay at the appointment by credit card or e-transfer.

Please note:

• We do not notarize Separation Agreements, ILA, previously notarized copies of originals.

• We do notarize Estate Plans that have not been prepared by our office to provide true certified copies; However, we do not sign and witness Estate Plans that haven't been prepared by our office.

• Documents that offend professional conduct rules will be declined.
